The Pipedrive integration allows your import your Pipedrive contacts into CircleLoop as well as logging CircleLoop interactions against the related Pipedrive records.
To install the Pipedrive integration, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Pipedrive and click Install.
- Review the required permissions and click Allow and Install.
The Pipedrive integration will now install and connect your Pipedrive account with CircleLoop.
Configuring the Pipedrive integration
Once the Pipedrive integration is installed you can configure the setup by following the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Pipedrive and click Configure.
- Tick the check boxes for any features you wish to enable.
- Click Reconfigure.
Uninstalling the Pipedrive integration
To uninstall the Pipedrive integration, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Pipedrive and click Uninstall.
