The Zendesk Sell integration imports contact information from your Zendesk Sell contacts and leads. This may take a few minutes if you have a large number of contacts.
As you add or remove contacts in Zendesk Sell, those details will be synchronised with CircleLoop.
Log Call Details, Call Recordings and SMS Messages to Zendesk Sell
When you make a call to a Zendesk Sell contact through CircleLoop, information relating to the call is logged to Zendesk in both the relevant contact profile and the communications centre. Additionally, CircleLoop will update Zendesk with information about call recordings and SMS messages.
Getting Started - Installing the Zendesk Sell Integration
Navigate to the CircleLoop integrations menu by either:
- Clicking settings in the CircleLoop app, then clicking integrations.
- Visiting https://integrations.circleloop.com
Find the Zendesk Sell integration and click Install.
Review the required permissions and click ‘Authorize’.
The Zendesk Sell integration will now install and connect your Zendesk Sell account with CircleLoop. After a few moments, a message will appear notifying you that the integration was successfully installed.

CircleLoop helps you recognise which of your contacts were imported from Zendesk Sell by tagging them.
