CircleLoop offers two subscription plan options:
Unlimited - £15 per user/month (+VAT), which includes unlimited calls to:
- UK 01, 02, 03, 0800 and major network 07 numbers
- USA & Canada +1 numbers
- Ireland +353 numbers
PAYG - £5 per user/month (+VAT), with outbound calls starting at 3p/min.
If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan you can do this easily in our apps.
Simply navigate to Settings>Account in any of our apps and find your name. Next to your name you will see a button labelled "Switch". Click/tap that button to select your new plan.
Please note you can only downgrade a user account once per 30 day period.
