      How to Cancel your CircleLoop account

      CircleLoop is non-contract and you can cancel your account at any time from within your app.

      • Whilst logged in as an account owner on the  web app or desktop app, Go to Admin Settings > Subscription. 
      • Scroll to the bottom of the subscription page and you should see the option to cancel subscription. 
      • Please select a reason and confirm your cancellation. Your account will continue to work up until the cancellation date. If you would like to stop a cancellation, please get in touch with an email to support@circleloop.com or a call to 0333 050 6070 .
