We pride ourselves on the stability and resilience of CircleLoop and although it would be great to have no down-time, that's not realistic for....not for CircleLoop and not for any company! We do like to be totally open and honest with our customers though, so our status page will show you everything you need to know about our system uptime and downtime. You can even subscribe to automatic updates so you'll get notified if there any disruptions to your service.
Our system status is also always available to view in the live-chat window of our websites and apps, so you can always see that everything is working or in those very rare cases, not working. If there is ever a problem, you can always see what we're doing to fix it with regular updates and messages to keep you informed.
