      Locating Your FreshDesk Domain

      How to locate your FreshDesk Domain when installing the CircleLoop integration

      Your FreshDesk domain is displayed in the browser address bar once you have logged into your FreshDesk account

      In this example 'yourdomain' is the Domain required when installing the CircleLoop integration. This will usually be your company name, or some variant of, please enter this into the Domain field on the integration configuration screen:
