You can reset your password using the Forgotten your password? link on the login page in any of the apps.
Just enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link you'll need to click on to set a new password. Once you've set a password just head back to the apps to log in.
Make sure you set a strong password
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. They must include at least one number and can include any uppercase or lowercase letter.
Creating a secure password is an important part of protecting your CircleLoop account. A strong password helps to:
- Keep your personal information safe
- Protects your call, voicemail and other sensitive data
- Prevents access to your contacts which includes their business and/or personal details
Don't use personal information
Avoid using information that other people might know about you or could easily find out. This might include:
- Your own name
- Your partner's name
- Your pet's name
- Your nickname
- Your street or town name
Don't use common words or phrases
Always avoid words, phrases, and patterns that are easy to guess such as:
- Obvious words and phrases like "password" or "letmein"
- Sequences like "abcd" or "1234"
- Keyboard patterns like "qwerty" or "qazwsx"
Don't reuse passwords
Use a different password for your CircleLoop account than you use for any other accounts. Each of your important online accounts should use a unique password.
Never share your CircleLoop password
You should not share your CircleLoop password with anyone else. Your account is solely for your own use and should not be shared amongst multiple people. Each user accessing CircleLoop must have their own account.
