To view Analytics you must be signed in on either a Windows PC or a Mac, this feature only exists on the desktop versions of CircleLoop.
Lets jump into the Analytics by pressing the button seen on the left hand side.
Below are the options within Analytics explained and displayed in the correct order:
- Summary - A brief or overall summary of your Total, Inbound, Outbound and Missed calls.
- Users - A list of all your current users and their Total Calls, Inbound, Outbound and Missed calls. Clicking into a User presents individual stats and allows you to listen to Call Recordings associated with that user (if you have call recording turned on).
- Numbers - Here you are able to see Total Calls, Inbound, Outbound and Missed calls in order of Number.
- Teams - Total Calls, Inbound, Outbound and Missed calls in order of Team. Similar to Users you are able to click into a Team and see individual team stats and listen to their Call Recordings.
Note! - You may have noticed while going through the Analytics pages the below options on each page:
Clicking on either option will display the relevant data per page. If you select Custom simply enter a from and to date to search between.
