After your free trial period, you'll need to add payment details to CircleLoop in order to continue making & receiving calls. Payment details can only be managed by the Account Owner.
Here's how:
Desktop apps
- Go to Settings>Admin>Account in the desktop app
- Check all the details are correct. Are all your users on the required subscription plan etc?
- Scroll down to Payment Card
- Click on Add Payment Details
- Add your card details and click Done
- Your account will activate automatically at the end of your trial period. If your trial has already finished, payment will be processed instantly.
Mobile apps
Please note that it is not possible to manage your payment details in our mobile applications. Please navigate to the desktop app to add details.
