After your free trial period, you'll need to add payment details to CircleLoop in order to continue making & receiving calls. Payment details can only be managed by an Account admin.
Here's how:
Desktop apps
- Go to Admin Settings >Subscription in the desktop app or web app
- Check all the details are correct. Are all your users on the required subscription plan etc?
- Click on Add/ Edit Payment Details
- Add your card details and click Done
- Your account will activate automatically at the end of your trial period. If your trial has already finished, payment will be processed instantly.
- If you need to change your card after a payment fails, the payment will be retried when you have updated the details in the app.
Mobile apps
Please note that it is not possible to manage your payment details in our mobile applications. Please navigate to the desktop app to add details.
