CircleLoop offers two subscription plan options:
Unlimited - £15 per user/month (+VAT), which includes unlimited calls to:
- UK 01, 02, 03, 0800 and major network 07 numbers
- USA & Canada +1 numbers
- Ireland +353 numbers
PAYG - £5 per user/month (+VAT), with outbound calls starting at 3p/min.
If you would like to change your subscription plan, this can be managed within the CircleLoop app.
Navigate to:
Admin Settings > Billing
Select Switch to PAYG/Unlimited, depending on the current tariff of the chosen user.
Any changes will take effect immediately. Any pro-rated charges or account credits will be applied to your next invoice.
Please note that subscription changes can only be made once per billing cycle.
