The Insightly integration keeps your contacts and leads in sync, logs call activity, allows you to click-to-call your Insightly contacts and enabled enhanced inbound caller ID.
To install the Insightly integration, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Insightly and click Install.
- Enter your Insightly API key and domain then click Install.
- The Insightly integration will now install and connect your Insightly account with CircleLoop.
Configuring the Insightly integration
Once the Insightly integration is installed you can configure the setup by following the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Insightly and click Configure.
- Tick the check boxes for any features you wish to enable, you can also amend your email/domain.
- Click Reconfigure.
Uninstalling the Insightly integration
To uninstall the Insightly integration, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Insightly and click Uninstall.
