How do I set a different voicemail for each number?
If you want a different voicemail greeting for a specific number, you can do this by assigning that number to its own Team, then configuring the voicemail settings for that team.
This allows each number to have its own voicemail greeting and call handling behaviour.
Create a Team for the number

Go to Admin Settings

Select 'Teams'

Click Add Team

Enter a name for the team

Add any users who should be able to answer calls for this number
You can then configure how calls are handled for the team, including voicemail greetings and out-of-hours behaviour.
Assign the number to the Team

Go to Admin Settings > Numbers

Select the number you want to configure

Click Assign

Choose the Team you created

Click Done
Calls to that number will now follow the voicemail and call handling settings configured for that team.
Using multiple numbers with different voicemail greetings
If you want multiple numbers with different voicemail greetings, repeat this process by creating a separate team for each number and assigning the number to the relevant team.
