How do I redirect calls immediately when a CircleLoop number is called?
Redirect incoming calls straight away using a Team and Out of Hours settings.
If you would like calls to a number to redirect immediately, the easiest way to achieve this is by assigning the number to a Team that is permanently set to Out of Hours.
When the Team is always unavailable, incoming calls will follow the Out of Hours handling rules straight away.
How do I redirect calls immediately when a CircleLoop number is called?
Create a Team

Go to Admin Settings

Select Teams

Click Add Team

Enter a name for the Team
Enable Out of Hours
Within the Team settings:

Toggle 'Out of Hours' on

Set each day to Unavailable all day
This ensures the Team is always treated as out of hours.
Choose how calls should be handled
Within the Out of Hours settings:

Select Redirect to another number

Enter the number you would like calls to be redirected to

Click Done to save
Assign the number to the Team

Go to Admin Settings > Numbers

Select the number you want to configure

Click Assign

Choose the Team you created
Once assigned, the Team will always be out of hours, meaning calls to that number will immediately follow the redirect rule.
Troubleshooting
Why is the call still ringing first?
Check that 'Out of Hours' is enabled and that the Team is set to 'Unavailable all day' for each day of the week.
Can I redirect calls to voicemail instead?
Yes. In the Out of Hours settings, choose 'Ask to leave a voicemail' instead of redirecting to another number.
