The Freshdesk integration keeps your contacts in sync, allows you to click-to-call your Freshdesk contacts and enables enhanced inbound caller ID.
To install the Freshdesk integration, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Freshdesk and click Install.
- Enter your Freshdesk API key and domain then click Install.
- The Freshdesk integration will now install and connect your Freshdesk account with CircleLoop.
Configuring the Freshdesk integration
Once the Freshdesk integration is installed you can configure the setup by following the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Freshdesk and click Configure.
- Tick the check boxes for any features you wish to enable, you can also amend your email/domain.
- Click Reconfigure.
Uninstalling the Freshdesk integration
To uninstall the Freshdesk integration, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
- Click Integrations in the settings menu.
- On the integrations page, locate Freshdesk and click Uninstall.
