      Integrating CircleLoop with FLG

      The FLG integration keeps your contacts in sync, logs call activity and enables enhanced inbound caller ID.

      To install the FLG integration, follow the steps below:

      • Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
      • Click Integrations in the settings menu.

      • On the integrations page, locate FLG and click Install.

      • Select your FLG domain and click Install.

      • The FLG integration will now install and connect your FLG account with CircleLoop.

      Configuring the FLG integration

       

      Once the FLG integration is installed you can configure the setup by following the steps below:

      • Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
      • Click Integrations in the settings menu.
      • On the integrations page, locate FLG and click Configure.

      • Tick the check boxes for any features you wish to enable, you can also amend your email/domain.

      • Click Reconfigure.

      Uninstalling the FLG integration

       

      To uninstall the FLG integration, follow the steps below:

      • Click the Settings icon within CircleLoop.
      • Click Integrations in the settings menu.
      • On the integrations page, locate FLG and click Uninstall.
