If you’re having trouble making or receiving calls in CircleLoop, try the checks below.

TROUBLESHOOTING BY SYMPTOM

I can’t make outbound calls - This often appears as the app reloading the page and failing to connect after selecting the green dial button.

  • Verify call permissions - Review via Admin Settings > Users > Call Barring / Call Permissions to confirm you’re allowed to make outbound calls



     

    I can’t make outbound calls - being presented with "This number is not callable on your current subscription"

  • Make sure you are not withholding your Caller ID - Go to My Details to review this setting. Only enable this option if it has been allowed at the account level.

  • Check the number you’re dialling - 

    • International calls: If you’re calling abroad, confirm with your account admin that international calling has been enabled for your account.

    • UK numbers: Some numbers may be higher-rate. End users can check charges via our Cost Checker
