Administrator Settings - Activity Log

New to the Settings area is the 'Activity Log'. Previously in CircleLoop, admin-related activities were shown in the activity feed on the main CircleLoop page.

These activities have now been brought into one central area for administrators of CircleLoop to see all admin-related changes made to their company account.

Select the Administrator Settings menu and then navigate to 'Activity Log'.

When in the activity log, you will see a log of all admin-related events, there are displayed showing:

  • Type (Displays the various events, see below)
  • Description (Displays a summary of the activity)
  • Actioned By (Person responsible for the change)
  • Date (Date and Time the action was taken)

This will cover events such as:

  • User Creation (Name of created user)
  • User Deletion (Name of deleted user)
  • Number Added
  • Number Removed
  • Number Assigned (which number and to whom)
  • Number Unassigned (which number and from whom)
  • Team Creation (Team/Menu creations)
  • Team Deletion (Team/Menu deletion)

Historic activities can be viewed by using the 'Previous'/'Next' functions at the bottom of the page.
