CircleLoop works using apps on your computer and on your mobile. The first thing you'll need to do is download and install one of the apps.
One you've got an app installed, you need to log into your account. To do this you'll need:
- the email you signed up with
- a password
Not sure which email to use?
If you're not sure what email to use, then this will either be the email you used when signing up, or if you've signed up through a partner, it'll be the email address used on that account.

Whats my password?
If you signed up yourself on the CircleLoop website then you'll have already set a password.
If you had an account set up for you by somebody else in your company, or through one of our partners then you should have received an email with a link you'll need to click to set a password. Search your inbox for an email with the subject "Welcome to CircleLoop" or "Set up your new CircleLoop account". If you can't find this email then just follow the process for resetting your password below.
Resetting your password
If you don't know your password then just click the Forgotten your password? link on the login page in any of the apps. You'll need to enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link you'll need to click on to set a new password.
Once you've set a password just head back to the apps to log in as shown below:
