This feature allows you to setup menu options, for example you may want to direct your callers to other departments:

"Hi and Welcome to CircleLoop, press 1 for support or press 2 for sales"

To set this up follow these simple steps

  • Press the Settings button
  • Scroll down to the Admin section and select Menus
  • Give your Menu a name
  • Record a welcome greeting
  • Setup call settings (voicemail/redirect etc.)
  • assign users and teams to certain options (Support team A to option 1, Sales team set to option 2 etc
  • Go back to the Settings menu
  • Select Numbers
  • Select which number you want the Menu assigned to
  • Assign a User, Team or Menu to your selected number
