The mobile apps have a built-in updater which can be set by the user to their own preference.
 Whenever a new version of CircleLoop is released, you'll get the update automatically if turned on.
If you do not have this feature turned on see below:

Turn on Auto updates

iOS

  • Phone Settings
  • iTunes & App Store
  • Apps and Updates must be turned on to receive auto updates

Android

  • Play Store
  • The Menu lines next to "GooglePlay"
  • Settings
  • Auto-update apps
  • We would suggest setting this to "Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only."

How to check which app version you're running

To check the version of the app you're running...

  • On an iOS device within the CircleLoop settings scroll to the very bottom to see your "Version x.x.xx" displayed underneath the Sign Out option 
  • On an Android device within the CircleLoop settings scroll to the very bottom and select Sign Out, once you are signed out under your login details will be displayed your current running version of CircleLoop

Reinstalling the apps

On rare occasions you find it necessary to manually update your app to the latest version.  To do this you first need to uninstall the current version of the app.

iOS

Android

  • Sign out of the CircleLoop app
  • Hold one finger on the app icon
  • Select the Uninstall option then press ok
    OR
  • Drag and Drop it in the Uninstall bin at the top of your phone then press ok
  • Once removed you can re-download the latest version from the Play Store
